By creating an account or using PartsEagle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

PartsEagle provides a marketplace platform connecting customers seeking used car parts with verified dealers. We facilitate connections but are not a party to transactions between users.

• AI-powered search functionality (voice, image, VIN, text)
• Dealer listings and inventory management
• Messaging and communication tools
• Quote request and comparison features

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Scraping or collecting user data without authorization
• Impersonating another person or entity

Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including part descriptions, pricing, availability, and condition. PartsEagle does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information.

PartsEagle facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of parts listed. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk.

All content, features, and functionality of PartsEagle are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without written permission.

PartsEagle is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartsEagle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PartsEagle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
